    Mills Riddick, CFA
    Senior Portfolio Manager, Chief Investment Officer – Ceredex Value Advisors

    Mills Riddick is Senior Portfolio Manager for the RidgeWorth Ceredex Large Cap Value Equity Fund, subadvised by Ceredex Value Advisors LLC. Mills is Chief Investment Officer at Ceredex Value Advisors, where he is responsible for the overall investment policy for all RidgeWorth value equity portfolios.

    In 1989, Mills joined Trusco Capital Management, Ceredex Value Advisors’ predecessor firm. After joining Trusco, he assumed a lead client service role with portfolio management responsibilities. In 1995, he became the RidgeWorth Ceredex Large Cap Value Equity Fund’s sole portfolio manager and was appointed head of the value equity team. Mills held both of these positions without interruption from 1995 until 2008. During this time, he played a lead role in crafting Trusco’s equity investment philosophy and assembling its team of professionals who are dedicated to value equity. In recent years, Mills led Ceredex Value Advisors’ transition from an investment boutique integrated within Trusco to an independently managed firm. His efforts contributed to Ceredex Value Advisors’ eventual incorporation and registration with the SEC on March 31, 2008. Mills began his career in 1980 with Peat Marwick as a certified public accountant. He began his investment career with Bache as a financial consultant. Mills has worked in investment management since 1982.

    Mills graduated cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He received the Certified Public Accountant designation in 1981 and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1992.

    Portfolio Manager, Managing Director – Ceredex Value Advisors

    Don Wordell is Portfolio Manager for the RidgeWorth Ceredex Mid-Cap Value Equity Fund, subadvised by Ceredex Value Advisors LLC. Don is Managing Director at Ceredex Value Advisors.

    In 1996, he joined Trusco Capital Management, Ceredex Value Advisors’ predecessor firm, as a research analyst covering value equity strategies. In 2001, Don assumed a portfolio manager role for the RidgeWorth Ceredex Mid-Cap Value Equity Fund. He has worked in investment management since 1996 and has been quoted and featured in a number of national publications, including Dow Jones and MarketWatch, and has been a featured guest on CNBC and Bloomberg TV.

    Don is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where he earned a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Don received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2004.

    Portfolio Manager, Managing Director – Ceredex Value Advisors

    Brett Barner is Portfolio Manager for the RidgeWorth Ceredex Small Cap Value Equity Fund, subadvised by Ceredex Value Advisors LLC. Brett is Managing Director at Ceredex Value Advisors.

    In 1990, he joined Trusco Capital Management, Ceredex Value Advisors’ predecessor firm, as a client portfolio manager and performed equity analysis. In 1995, he assumed a portfolio manager role for the RidgeWorth Ceredex Small Cap Value Equity Fund. Before joining Ceredex Value Advisors, Brett was a financial consultant for Drexel Burnham and Shearson Lehman Brothers. He has worked in investment management since 1985.

    Brett graduated cum laude from the University of Central Florida where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1993.

    Nancy Zevenbergen
    Nancy Zevenbergen, CFA, CIC
    Portfolio Manager, President and Chief Investment Officer – Zevenbergen Capital Investments

    Nancy Zevenbergen founded Zevenbergen Capital Investments LLC in 1987 and is the firm’s President and Chief Investment Officer. She oversees the firm’s investment policy and portfolio management decisions, maintaining a strong commitment to original research. Nancy serves as Portfolio Manager for the RidgeWorth Innovative Growth Stock Fund, subadvised by Zevenbergen Capital Investments.

    Prior to Zevenbergen Capital Investments, Nancy served as a portfolio manager and research analyst for Rainier National Bank, where she was responsible for supervising trust assets for individuals and organizations with diverse investment goals and varying constraints. She has worked in the financial services industry since 1981.

    Nancy is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) who earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Washington, Seattle. She is a member of the CFA Institute, CFA Society of Seattle and a board member for the Seattle Pacific Foundation.

    Portfolio Manager, Managing Director – Zevenbergen Capital Investments

    Brooke de Boutray is Portfolio Manager for the RidgeWorth Innovative Growth Stock Fund, which is subadvised by Zevenbergen Capital Investments LLC. As Portfolio Manager, Brooke helps define the RidgeWorth Innovative Growth Stock Fund’s investment policy and has responsibility for selecting equity holdings. Her investment focus involves finding companies that are transformative and disruptive to the status quo. She seeks strong management that defines the culture and the creative innovation that are required of growth companies.

    Brooke began her career in the financial industry with First Interstate Bank of Washington as Portfolio Manager, Research Analyst and Trust Officer. She also held positions as Portfolio Manager and Director of Marketing for M.T. Associates Investment Council. She has worked in the financial services industry since 1982.

    Brooke earned her Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Puget Sound in Seattle, Washington and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington, Seattle. She is a Washington Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a member of both the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Seattle, serves on the Department of Finance and Economics Advisory Board at Seattle University Albers School of Business and is a board member of the Achievement Rewards for College Scientists (ARCS) Foundation Inc., Seattle Chapter.

    Portfolio Manager, Managing Director – Zevenbergen Capital Investments

    Leslie Tubbs is Portfolio Manager for the RidgeWorth Innovative Growth Stock Fund, which is subadvised by Zevenbergen Capital Investments LLC. Her primary responsibilities include portfolio management and research analysis with specific sector responsibilities. Additionally, she oversees the financial management of Zevenbergen Capital Investments.

    Prior to joining Zevenbergen Capital Investments, Leslie spent eight years in commercial lending, credit analysis, marketing, administration and senior-level management at Key Bank of Washington. She has worked in the investment industry since 1994.

    Leslie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Washington, Seattle. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of both the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Seattle. She is also a Finance Committee member of the Delta Delta Delta Foundation.

    Michael Sansoterra is Senior Portfolio Manager for the RidgeWorth Silvant Large Cap Growth Stock Fund (lead) and the RidgeWorth Silvant Small Cap Growth Stock Fund, subadvised by Silvant Capital Management LLC. Michael is Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director at Silvant Capital Management.

    Prior to joining Silvant Capital Management’s predecessor firm, Trusco Capital Management, in 2007, Michael worked at Principal Global Investors. During his tenure there, he held several titles, including Large Cap Diversified Growth Portfolio Manager, Director of Research for Large/Mid Domestic Equities and Senior Equity Analyst. Previously, he worked as a senior equity analyst for USAA Investment Management and as an equity analyst and portfolio manager for The Northern Trust Company. Michael has worked in investment management since 1996. He is regularly featured in national publications and is a frequent guest on CNBC and Fox Business News.

    Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The University of Michigan.

    Senior Portfolio Manager, Managing Director – Silvant Capital Management

    Sandeep Bhatia is Senior Portfolio Manager for the RidgeWorth Silvant Large Cap Growth Stock Fund and the RidgeWorth Silvant Small Cap Growth Stock Fund (lead), subadvised by Silvant Capital Management LLC. Sandeep is Managing Director at Silvant Capital Management and serves as Sector Portfolio Manager with healthcare sector responsibilities.

    Prior to joining Silvant Capital Management, Sandeep served as a senior research analyst for Eagle Asset Management, focusing on the healthcare sector from 2005 to 2007. Previously, he worked as a sell-side senior equity research analyst in the healthcare sector at Piper Jaffray and as an equity research analyst at Dain Rauscher Wessels. He has worked in investment management since 2000 and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

    He earned his Masters of Business Administration degree with High Honors from the University of Chicago with a concentration in Finance, his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University and his Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.

    Portfolio Manager, Co-Chief Executive Officer – WCM Investment Management

    Paul Black is Portfolio Manager for the RidgeWorth International Equity Fund, subadvised by WCM Investment Management.

    Prior to joining WCM in 1989, Paul’s career in the investment industry includes positions as portfolio manager with Wells Fargo Private Banking Group and Bank of America. At WCM, Paul has helped define the investment strategy and pilot the firm’s overall direction. In addition to his active role in portfolio management and security selection, he has served as a client liaison.

    He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University, San Diego.

    Peter Hunkel is Portfolio Manager for the RidgeWorth International Equity Fund, subadvised by WCM Investment Management.

    Prior to joining WCM in 2001, Peter served as a portfolio analyst for the Templeton Private Client Group and was a managing director at a formerly affiliated firm, Centurion Alliance.

    He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from San Jose State University, where he graduated with honors, and a Juris Doctor at the Monterey College of Law.

    Michael Trigg is Portfolio Manager for the RidgeWorth International Equity Fund, subadvised by WCM Investment Management.

    Prior to joining WCM in 2006, Mike served as equity analyst at Morningstar, Inc. in Chicago where, in addition to general equity analysis, he managed their Model Growth Portfolio. Mike also held an analyst position at the Motley Fool, an online investment service.

    He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Saint Louis University, where he graduated with honors.

    Kurt Winrich is Portfolio Manager for the RidgeWorth International Equity Fund, subadvised by WCM Investment Management.

    Prior to joining WCM in 1984, Kurt’s analytical background includes a position as the head of computer-aided design and analysis with Hughes Electronics Santa Barbara Research Center.

    He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Science from Westmont College, a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and is a CFA charterholder.

    Michael D. Underhill
    Co-Portfolio Manager, Chief Investment Officer – Capital Innovations

    Michael D. Underhill is Co-Portfolio Manager for the RidgeWorth Capital Innovations Global Resources and Infrastructure Fund, subadvised by Capital Innovations, LLC. Michael is the Chief Investment Officer at Capital Innovations, LLC. Responsible for oversight of overall portfolio construction and implementation, his professional focus includes equity valuation, risk modeling, performance attribution and trading strategies.

    Prior to co-founding the company in 2007, he served as a portfolio manager for Alliance Bernstein Investment Management, INVESCO/AIM Management Group and analyst at Janus Capital. Michael began his career as an analyst at Lehman Brothers. In addition to investment management, Michael is the author of the Handbook of Infrastructure Investing and a professor at EDHEC University teaching real asset investing. His academic work has been published in respected academic journals such as the CFA Institute, CFA examination material, EDHEC Risk Institute and leading think tanks like the Inter American Dialogue. His research has been published by a variety of established trade journals, and national publications including the Financial Times, Barrons, Wall Street Journal and New York Times. He has worked in the financial services industry since 1989.

    Michael graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He has completed post-graduate coursework from Pepperdine University centered on Fiduciary Studies and Stanford Law School where he focused on corporate governance.

    Susan Dambekaln is Co-Portfolio Manager for the RidgeWorth Capital Innovations Global Resources and Infrastructure Fund, subadvised by Capital Innovations, LLC. Susan Dambekaln is a Managing Partner at Capital Innovations, LLC responsible for overall portfolio construction and implementation. Her professional focus includes equity valuation, risk modeling, performance attribution, trading strategies and compliance. Susan serves as Co-Portfolio Manager for the RidgeWorth Capital Innovations Global Resources and Infrastructure Fund, subadvised by Capital Innovations.

    Prior to co-founding the company in 2007, Susan was involved in the institutional asset management group at State Street Global Advisors and building the institutional fixed income investment capabilities at Strong Capital Management. Earlier in her career, she worked in investment accounting, taxation and investment administration with HR Block and Edward Jones. Susan has worked in the investment management industry since 1992.

    Susan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. She has completed post-graduate coursework at the University of Wisconsin.

    Portfolio Manager, Chief Investment Officer and Chairman – Seix Investment Advisors

    Jim Keegan is Chief Investment Officer and Chairman of Seix Investment Advisors LLC and serves as subadviser to the RidgeWorth Seix Investment Grade Bond Funds. He has oversight responsibilities for the Seix Investment Advisor investment teams and specific portfolio management responsibilities within the Investment Grade team. Jim leads the Seix Investment Policy Group, which determines firm-wide asset allocation policy. He also serves on the Board of Directors of RidgeWorth Holdings LLC and is a member of the RidgeWorth Capital Management Executive Committee.

    Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Jim was Head of Investment Grade Corporate & High Yield Bond Management for American Century Investments. In that role, he was responsible for managing the top-performing division including portfolio management, strategy, credit research and trading. Prior to this, Jim was Chief Investment Officer at Westmoreland Capital Management and Managing Director of High Grade and High Yield Fixed Income at UBS Global Asset Management. At UBS, he was Chairman of the Investment Strategy and Credit Policy Committee and directly responsible for management of a number of highly ranked funds. Earlier in his career, Jim served as Director of Research and Chairman of the Credit Strategy Committee at Bankers Trust. He has worked in investment management since 1982.

    Jim earned a Master of Business Administration degree, Beta Gamma Sigma, from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, magna cum laude, from St. Francis College. Jim has been quoted or featured in a number of national publications, including the Wall Street Journal and Barron’s, is a frequent guest on CNBC and Bloomberg and authors the “Seix Investment Advisors Perspective.”

    Perry Troisi is a Senior Portfolio Manger for the RidgeWorth Seix Investment Grade Bond Funds, subadvised by Seix Investment Advisors LLC. He is a Managing Director at Seix Investment Advisors where he is responsible for the government, government-related, and securitized (residential mortgage-backed security/commercial mortgage-backed security/asset-backed security) asset classes. Perry is a member of the Seix Investment Policy Group, which determines firm-wide asset allocation policy.

    Before joining the firm in 1999, Perry was a portfolio manager at GRE Insurance Group, where he was responsible for all North American fixed income assets within the group. Prior to that, he served as a portfolio manager and analyst at Home Insurance Company, focused primarily on Mortgage Backed Securities. Perry began his career as an Account Analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Company. He has worked in investment management since 1986.

    Perry earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Computer Coordinate with Economics from Trinity College.

    Senior Portfolio Manager, Managing Director – Seix Investment Advisors

    Seth Antiles is a Senior Portfolio Manager of the RidgeWorth Seix Investment Grade Bond Funds, subadvised by Seix Investment Advisors LLC. He is a Managing Director of Seix Investment Advisors specializing in global macro strategies. Seth is focused on research and oversight for all emerging market and non-dollar investments and is a member of the Seix Investment Policy Group, which determines firm-wide asset allocation policy.

    Before joining the firm in 2005, Seth was Director of Emerging Market Fixed Income and Currency Strategist at Citigroup/Salomon Smith Barney and Head of Economic and Political Analysis for Mexico, Venezuela and Peru. Prior to that, he was the Latin American equity strategist for Merrill Lynch, where he advised clients on Latin American equity markets and macro outlook. Seth began his career at Chemical Bank as a macroeconomic and political research analyst. There, he co-authored the Weekly Latin America Update and the Latin American Quarterly, providing comprehensive economic and political analysis. Seth has worked in investment management since 1994.

    He earned his Ph.D. and Master of Arts degrees in Political Economy and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University. While at Columbia, Seth was a member of the varsity tennis team.

    Senior Portfolio Manager, Managing Director – Seix Investment Advisors

    Michael Rieger is a Senior Portfolio Manager for the RidgeWorth Seix Investment Grade Bond Funds, subadvised by Seix Investment Advisors LLC. He is a Managing Director at Seix Investment Advisors where he focuses on the securitized sector and is a member of the Seix Investment Policy Group, which determines firm-wide asset allocation policy.

    Before joining the firm in 2007, Michael was a portfolio manager at AIG Global Investment, where he managed an asset-backed security portfolio covering the full rating spectrum in addition to non-agency senior residential mortgage-backed securities (MBS), adjustable-rate senior mortgage portfolio and international AAA residential MBS portfolios. Earlier at SunAmerica Investments, he managed the residential MBS portfolio and was a vice president at GB Capital Management (now Redwood Trust). Michael began his investment management career at Aetna Life and Casualty’s Portfolio Hedging Group as an analyst. He has worked in investment management since 1986.

    Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Mathematics from Dartmouth College.

    Portfolio Manager, Head of Investment Grade Credit Research – Seix Investment Advisors

    Carlos Catoya is a Portfolio Manager for the RidgeWorth Seix Investment Grade Bond Funds, subadvised by Seix Investment Advisors LLC. He is also Head of Investment Grade Credit Research.

    Before joining Seix in 2001, Carlos was a vice president of the global banking energy group at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), and responsible for rating agency relationships. Previously, he was director and group leader of Standard & Poor’s oil and gas corporate ratings team. Carlos was responsible for the ratings of independent oil and gas producers, refiner and marketers and oilfield service companies. In addition, he led the corporate rating’s input into rating decisions for certain sovereign and selected project finance ratings. Prior to joining the rating agency, Carlos was a commercial banker having served in different analytical and lending relationship manager capacities as an officer at Credit Suisse US and First Fidelity (now Wells Fargo).

    Carlos earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance, with a concentration in International Business, and Accounting, with concentration in Financial Statement Analysis, from New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from Rutgers University.

    Portfolio Manager, Head of Investment Grade Corporate Bond Trading – Seix Investment Advisors

    Jon Yozzo is a Portfolio Manager for the RidgeWorth Seix Investment Grade Bond Funds, subadvised by Seix Investment Advisors LLC. He is also Head of Investment Grade Corporate Bond Trading.

    Before joining Seix in 2000, Jon was a natural gas commodities broker at PVM Oil Associates responsible for brokerage of domestic natural gas products and foreign and domestic crude oil. Prior to that, he was a member of the capital markets group and energy derivatives group at Prebon Yamane (U.S.A.) Inc., responsible for brokerage of short term eurodollars and forward rate agreements. He also was a sales associate at JPMorgan Securities, Inc. working primarily on the investment grade corporate sales desk.

    Jon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in History from Syracuse University.

    Senior Portfolio Manager, Managing Director, Head of Leveraged Finance – Seix Investment Advisors

    George Goudelias is a Senior Portfolio Manager for the RidgeWorth Seix Floating Rate High Income Fund, subadvised by Seix Investment Advisors LLC. He is Head of Leveraged Finance at Seix and provides strategic oversight of high yield bond portfolio management activities as well as serving as Senior Portfolio Manager for all leveraged loan portfolios. George joined Seix in 2001 as head of leveraged finance research, and subsequently launched the leveraged loan strategy in 2005. Since inception of this strategy, this has expanded to include all leveraged loan portfolios and CLOs.

    Previously, George was a senior high yield research analyst at J.P. Morgan Securities. George has worked in investment management since 1987.

    George earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from New York University.

    Portfolio Manager, Senior High Yield Research Analyst – Seix Investment Advisors

    Vince Flanagan is a Portfolio Manager for the RidgeWorth Seix Floating Rate High Income Fund, which is subadvised by Seix Investment Advisors LLC. He is a Senior High Yield Research Analyst focusing on Media and Technology sectors for Seix Investment Advisors.

    Vince joined the firm in 2006, and became a portfolio manager in October 2011 to assist in the management of the RidgeWorth Seix Floating Rate High Income Fund. Previously, he was the Director of Research for Assurant, Inc., covering the telecommunications, cable/media, utility and broadcasting industries, where he was instrumental in building and maintaining a proprietary credit database of in-house credit opinions on specific industries and credits. He began his career at TD Securities, advancing to a senior high yield research analyst, where he focused on U.S. and Canadian wireless carriers. Vince has worked in investment management since 1997.

    He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from New York University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder.

    Michael Kirkpatrick is a Senior Portfolio Manager with lead portfolio management responsibilities for the RidgeWorth Seix High Yield Fund and the RidgeWorth Seix High Income Fund, subadvised by Seix Investment Advisors LLC. He is a Managing Director and a member of the Seix Investment Policy Group, which determines firm-wide asset allocation policy. Mike joined the firm as a leveraged finance research analyst covering financials and has been a senior portfolio manager of the firm since 2007.

    Prior to joining the firm in 2002, he was a senior analyst with Oppenheimer Funds, Inc., covering the telecommunications and cable industries. Mike was previously vice president and co-head of research at BNY Capital Markets, Inc., where he held responsibility for the telecommunications and consumer-related industries. Prior to that he was at Mendham Capital Group as a managing partner in high yield research, where he focused on consumer-related industries. Mike has worked in investment management since 1991.

    He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware, School of Engineering.

    James FitzPatrick is a Portfolio Manager of the RidgeWorth Seix High Yield Fund and the RidgeWorth Seix High Income Fund, subadvised by Seix Investment Advisors LLC. He is a Managing Director and Head of Leveraged Finance Trading for Seix Investment Advisors.

    Upon joining the firm in 1997 with a background in fixed income analysis and trading, James served as an analyst, co-portfolio manager and head trader in the mortgage-backed securities group. In 2002, he joined the high yield group as a trader and was later named head of the team. Previously, James was with Prudential Securities, where he handled corporate, government and mortgage trades as well as settlement and portfolio administration. He has worked in investment management since 1996.

    James earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the University of Delaware and is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder.

    Ron Schwartz is a Senior Portfolio Manager managing the RidgeWorth Seix Investment Grade Tax-Exempt Bond Fund, RidgeWorth Seix High Grade Municipal Bond Fund and RidgeWorth Seix Short-Term Municipal Bond Fund, subadvised by Seix Investment Advisors LLC. He is a Managing Director and leads the Investment Grade Tax-Exempt group at Seix Investment Advisors and is a member of the Seix Investment Policy Group, which determines firm-wide asset allocation policy. Ron joined Seix Investment Advisors’ predecessor firm in 1988 and has worked in investment management since 1982.

    He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Adelphi University. Ron is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder, member of the CFA Society of Orlando and National Federation of Municipal Analysts. He has been quoted and featured in a number of national publications including The Wall Street Journal and Bond Buyer and is a frequent guest on Bloomberg.

    Dusty Self is a Senior Portfolio Manager for the RidgeWorth Seix Short-Term Municipal Bond Fund, subadvised by Seix Investment Advisors LLC. She is a Managing Director at Seix Investment Advisors and provides analysis for all the Investment Grade Tax-Exempt Bond Funds. Dusty began her career as a portfolio specialist and then as a performance analyst at Seix Investment Advisor’s predecessor firm. She has worked in investment management since 1992.

    Dusty earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland and is a member of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts and the Southern Municipal Finance Society.

    Christopher Carter is the Portfolio Manager for the RidgeWorth Seix Georgia Tax-Exempt Bond Fund, RidgeWorth Seix North Carolina Tax-Exempt Bond Fund and RidgeWorth Seix Virginia Intermediate Municipal Bond Fund, subadvised by Seix Investment Advisors LLC. He is a Director at Seix Investment Advisors.

    Prior to joining Seix’ predecessor firm in 2003, Chris worked for Wachovia Bank, N.A., Wachovia Asset Management and Evergreen Investment Management Company, where he held fixed income trading and portfolio management responsibilities. Prior to that Chris worked at Integon Corporation as a securities settlement specialist. He has worked in investment management since 1991.

    Chris earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from Elon University. Chris is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Orlando.

    Senior Investment Strategist, Director of Asset Allocation

    Alan Gayle is Senior Investment Strategist and Director of Asset Allocation for RidgeWorth Investments. He manages the three target-risk RidgeWorth Allocation Strategy funds: RidgeWorth Conservative Allocation, RidgeWorth Growth Allocation and RidgeWorth Moderate Allocation Funds. Alan also convenes the RidgeWorth Investment Policy Group.

    In 1992, he joined a RidgeWorth predecessor, Capitoline. Prior to moving to the mutual fund management industry, Alan began his career in the financial services industry as a chief economist, liquidity and capital manager, and Treasury arbitrage trader. While a chief economist, he served as Chairman of the Economic Advisory Committee of the American Bankers Association, testifying twice before Congress on banking, economic, and regulatory issues, and met with the Federal Reserve Board in closed door sessions to discuss the economic outlook on several occasions.

    In addition to investment management, Alan is a frequent source of macroeconomic and investment analysis and commentary for RidgeWorth, prospective clients and in the media. He has been quoted and featured in many national publications including the Financial Times and Dow Jones, has been a frequent guest on CNBC and Bloomberg and on numerous radio shows. Alan is also a member of the Blue Chip Financial Forecast panel. He has worked in investment management since 1976.

    Alan earned a Master’s Degree in Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the College of William and Mary.
